EXCITING GEISMAR NEWS!
-
We are absolutely thrilled to announce our purchase of the Geismar Titan Flash Butt Welder! This is a significant milestone for our team as it represents a major step forward in expanding our capabilities within the realm of the railway industry.
The Titan Flash Butt Welder brings a host of advantages to our operations:
First and foremost, its efficient control system empowers us to closely monitor and maintain the quality of our rail welds. Ensuring the highest standards of quality is pivotal for the safety and reliability of the rail systems we contribute to.
In addition, the innovative pulse flashing process in the welder significantly reduces our energy consumption. This not only translates to cost savings but also aligns perfectly with our team's commitment to environmental sustainability.
Furthermore, we're proud to mention that this machine complies with the EN 14587-1 standard. This compliance is instrumental in assuring the approval and conformity of our welds, guaranteeing that they meet the stringent safety and quality requirements.
One more standout feature is the Titan Flash Butt Welder's seamless integration into our rail manufacturing line. It optimizes our production process, enabling us to achieve maximum productivity levels.
Our collaboration with Geismar on the Titan Flash Butt Welder is a testament to our team's dedication to enhancing our capabilities and delivering exceptional quality in rail manufacturing.
