Q1 | 2023
I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for all the hard work and dedication you have shown during the first quarter of 2023. Your team work and commitment to excellence and willingness to go above and beyond have been truly inspiring.
I am thrilled to see the positivity and growth that we have achieved as a team. Your contributions have played a significant role in our success, and I am confident that together we will continue to achieve great things.
As we move forward, it is important that we continue to look out for each other and keep each other safe. Let us continue to work together with enthusiasm, collaboration, and a positive mindset, and I have no doubt that we will accomplish even more. Thank you all for your hard work!
The strength of a team is how they work together and not as a group of individuals.

LISBURN & CASTLEREAGH JOB FAIR
-
On Track Technicians attended the Lisburn Castlereagh Job Fair in February. The company's representatives, Graeme and Christina, did an excellent job engaging with attendees and showcasing the company's services and employment opportunities.
Their efforts paid off, as many job seekers were interested in learning more about the company and potentially applying for available positions.
Overall, On Track Technicians made a strong impression at the job fair and positively impacted the attendees who visited their booth.
Thanks to Graeme and Christina for their hard work and dedication in representing the company. Thanks to Daryl for making sure he got in the photo!

The SSDD event was a roaring success, with an impressive turnout and a lineup of excellent speakers, with safety being a common theme.
In the end, the SSDD event's success resulted from the collective efforts of the organisers, the speakers, and the attendees, all coming together to create a memorable and inspiring event.

Wes Calvin
Role
Contracts Manager
About Wes:
I live in Castlerock with my wife, Joleen, and my three kids, Megan, Amy and Josh. I am a Chartered Civil Engineer, having studied in Glasgow for five years.
I spent 23 years working for a Tier 1 Civil Engineering Contractor and worked on many large-scale projects in Northern Ireland and the mainland UK all spread across a wide variety of infrastructure.
My first project experience was as a green site engineer on the construction of the Antrim to Bleach Green Railway in 2000. My most recent railway experience was the completion of the North West Transport Hub.
Hobbies:
My most current hobby seems to be a taxi driver taking all of my kids to their hobbies. When my workload allows me, I am currently coaching a kids U-12 football team and I attempt to play a bit of 5-a-side each week. On a Sunday morning, I find no better place than out on my bike pedalling up some steep hills.
Outside of that I am a big football fan and follow Coleraine FC most Saturday’s and also try to squeeze in trips to Old Trafford to watch Man Utd.

Alongside this, I have worked for/with multiple criminal justice agencies, including the Northern Ireland Prison Service, and NIACRO delivering education through restorative justice programmes. This has led me to my newly appointed role of Apprentice Coordinator within OTT.
Hobbies:
In my spare time, I enjoy attending yoga classes and reading.
